The Pools at Downtown Banya

In the older, more primitive days, after heating up in the Banya, one would run outside and jump into snow or an ice cold lake. This experience is recreated in Downtown Banya with the availability of the 33 degree, ultra cold – cold plunge. We tried making it colder but unfortunately, we would have to call it the cold smack.

On a warmer note, a Jacuzzi is also available with a flat screen plasma hanging just overhead for those of us who enjoy watching the tube while soaking in water. All of our pools at our sauna utilize the newer and more desirable saline solution rather than chlorine. Showers are widely available and benches generously placed for excessive relaxing.
